Regional QHSEW Manager

Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA has partnered with a leading Facilities Management firm who are seeking an experienced Regional QHSEW Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for leading and supporting Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellbeing initiatives across FM contracts in the Americas.

Responsibilities

Provide regional leadership for QHSEW across FM contracts in the Americas
Support high-risk client sites in Texas
Deliver H&S consultancy, including compliance audits, legal registers, and HSE programs
Conduct internal QHSEW audits (remote and on-site)
Input into internal processes, continuous improvement, and RFPs
Manage and mentor one direct report supporting a global client
Ensure compliance with local and regional HSE legislation
Carry out supplier QHSE assessments during onboarding

Qualification

Occupational Health & SafetyHSE management experienceUS OSHA regulationsAuditingRisk assessmentStakeholder engagementProcess improvementCommunication skills

Required

Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
(or Diploma-level H&S qualification such as CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, ASP/CHST/OHST)
Proven HSE management experience, ideally within FM/real estate / O&G / petrochemical environments
Strong knowledge of US OSHA and Canadian OSH regulations
Experienced in auditing, compliance documentation, and contractor H&S management
Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
