This role focuses on project coordination, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate SMB client implementations from kickoff through completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and brokers during implementation
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams (Sales, Operations, etc.)
Gather, document, and validate client requirements for accurate system setup
Track project milestones, risks, and issues; report updates to the Implementation Manager
Conduct virtual meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate project documentation using tools such as SAP and Smartsheet
Ensure compliance with EyeMed standards and implementation procedures
Facilitate smooth handoff to Account Services upon implementation completion
Partner cross-functionally to improve onboarding processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years experience in client operations, customer support, or implementations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Preferred
Experience with SAP, CRM, or project tracking tools
Medium to advanced Excel skills
Proficient with Outlook and cloud-based tools (OneDrive, etc.)
Data entry and multi-system navigation experience
Learns and adapts quickly to new processes
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
Ability to clearly articulate issues, risks, and findings
