Responsibilities

Lead daily operational and compliance procedures, ensuring timely and accurate execution and issue resolution

Collaborate with the Compliance Manager and senior research staff to manage compliance programs and associated operational processes and control systems

Review, revise, and continuously improve compliance programs, policies, and procedures to identify and mitigate risks and maintain alignment with mandated requirements

Manage permissions for documents, sites, and systems; implement and monitor role-based access controls and user provisioning/deprovisioning

Train and mentor an operations team; set performance standards and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required

Strong understanding of Bixby's compliance program frameworks and operational controls

Ability to manage and execute challenging projects with minimal oversight

Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF skills required

Established skills in accuracy, communication, organization, and experience working in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment

Possess sound judgement and hold highest ethical standards

Preferred

Ability to communicate complex compliance requirements in plain language and can influence cross-functional partners without formal authority
