Responsibilities
Packaging and labeling shipments according to company standards
Preparing orders for FedEx, UPS, LTL, and other carriers
Verifying product accuracy before shipment
Maintaining inventory organization and performing cycle counts
Entering and updating data in warehouse systems, Excel, and QuickBooks
Moving, staging, and storing equipment safely
Assisting with basic inspection, cleaning, or minor technical handling of equipment
Communicating with the Warehouse Manager and team to prioritize daily work
Supporting overall warehouse organization and cleanliness
Performing additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma (required)
Strong communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipment deadlines
A track record of reliability and accountability
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 80 lbs occasionally
Ability to bend, squat, reach, twist, and move throughout the warehouse
Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
Ability to operate computers, scanners, and basic warehouse equipment
Preferred
Experience in a warehouse or shipping environment (preferred)
Understanding of inventory and warehouse processes (preferred)
Excel, QuickBooks, FedEx, and UPS software experience (a plus)
Forklift or warehouse safety experience (a plus)
