Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
Provide hands on support for network equipment, cabling, and basic infrastructure components
Perform break/fix repairs, part replacements, and warranty coordination
Install, configure, and upgrade end user devices and applications
Support site rollouts, equipment refreshes, and technology deployments
Set up workstations, conference rooms, and specialized equipment as needed
Conduct routine inspections of IT equipment and infrastructure
Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability
Ensure compliance with IT standards, security policies, and operational procedures

Qualification

Required

2–5+ years of experience in field support, desktop support, or IT operations
Windows and macOS operating systems
Hardware diagnostics and repair
Basic networking (TCP/IP, Wi Fi, switches, cabling)
Mobile device support (iOS/Android)
Familiarity with ticketing systems, asset management tools, and remote support platforms
