Responsibilities
Administer and optimize Azure and Intune environments, enforcing security policies and endpoint configurations
Implement OS deployment, software distribution, and patch management across physical and virtual workstations
Automate administrative tasks, system builds, and troubleshooting using PowerShell
Build, deploy, and maintain application installation packages and deployment workflows
Provide Level 3 support for complex endpoint issues and mentor IT team members
Maintain documentation, support knowledge sharing, and collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational and security requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years managing enterprise desktop and endpoint environments
Strong expertise in Azure, Intune, Microsoft Defender, and PowerShell
Proven experience with OS imaging, patch management, software deployment, and automation
Preferred
Experience in professional services or legal environments is a plus
