Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations, architecture design, implementation, and governance of Microsoft 365
Explore new features and versions of Microsoft 365 applications
Create innovative and smart solutions to meet the needs of internal and external customers
Automate Microsoft 365 resources to boost the efficiency of IT tasks
Collaborate with Epic staff to enhance and maintain their workflows using Power Automate, Graph, Gitlab, CI/CD pipelines, and other tools
Improve the monitoring of Epic's Microsoft 365 infrastructure using Splunk, Splunk On-Call, and Microsoft Defender XDR

Qualification

Microsoft 365 managementPowerShellGraphAPICI/CD processesTroubleshooting skillsCustomer service

Required

Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed)
Experience managing Microsoft 365 products, apps, and services
Proficiency with scripting or programming. PowerShell and GraphAPI are a plus
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes
Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service
Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
