Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for all reporting services
Oversee the successful delivery of annual reporting services, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
Ensure that all reporting deliverables adhere to company standards and meet the specific requirements of each client
Identify opportunities to offer additional services to clients, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio
Continuously seek ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and innovate within the annual reporting services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Identifying and solving problems are critical for effective project management, ensuring challenges are addressed and resolved proactively
Proactive thinking is necessary for maintaining quality control and anticipating client needs or potential service improvements
Counseling, coaching and training skills are key for innovation and process improvement, as well as for mentoring Consultants and team members
