Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active bar license in any US state
Minimum of 7 years of legal experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience focused on contracts review
Familiarity with contract review for alignment with product terms and budget
Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Meticulous attention to detail and quality; precision in drafting and communication
Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion, confidentiality, ethics and fair/proper behavior
Preferred
Time spent working in an in-house legal department is a plus
Prior experience working in the IT/software/technology industry is a plus
