Assist with due diligence: title review, surveys, zoning, UCC searches
Coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and clients
Support attorneys in commercial real estate, construction, and banking matters
Learn how to manage deals from start to finish

Required

JD from an ABA-accredited law school
Admission to the New Hampshire Bar (or awaiting results)
