This role involves managing accounting activities, processing invoices, tracking project cash flow, and collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting activities for assigned development projects

Process and verify invoices, ensuring proper coding and alignment with project budgets

Prepare monthly draw packages for review and submission

Track project cash flow, accounts payable, contractor retainage, and other project-related financials

Reconcile project costs, cash accounts, and payables with the general ledger

Maintain accurate tracking of contracts, change orders, and payments

Produce monthly cost reports, budget updates, and quarterly financial statements

Assist with annual audits, tax preparations, and compliance documentation

Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to ensure timely and accurate reporting

Maintain calendars, deadlines, and documentation to support smooth financial operations
