SitelogIQ is a rapidly growing company focused on making buildings better. The Construction Project Manager will manage and oversee scope, schedule, budget, and client communications during the design, construction, and closeout phases, ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

Build, strengthen, foster, and maintain a trust-based and long-term relationship with each client

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, managing the schedule and budget, monitoring progress, and ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget

Work with management on project schedule tracking, monthly budget management, project forecasting, project billings and collections

Coordinate the project schedules between Design, Construction, Closeout, and the client’s needs to ensure successful and on time delivery

Hold staff accountable for project performance, deliverables & client satisfaction

Communicates all dates, deliverables, changes, expectations, and proper periodic updates to the client and SitelogIQ team

Oversee the planning and design of construction projects, working with architects, engineers, preconstruction, project managers and other design professionals to develop plans and specifications

Required

5-10 years of industry experience in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Services, client Engagement, or related fields

In-depth knowledge of the construction process including scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, equipment, manpower, etc

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, and problem-solving skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Personable, relatable, and able to connect with and lead clients and internal teams

Organized and detail-oriented

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project)

Proficient in Procore, construction management software
