Required
Proficiency in Systems Analysis and strong Analytical Skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Information Technology principles and tools
Business Analysis skills to identify and address business needs effectively
Experience with Troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Richmond, VA
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
Experience in a similar role or relevant certifications is a plus
