Digital Media Manager / Paid Media Specialist
Integrated Media Services is seeking a hands-on Digital Media professional to own execution, optimization, and performance across paid and programmatic channels. This role involves directly managing campaigns, budgets, and client communication for a high-volume book of business, ensuring measurable results and effective client support.

Responsibilities
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting)
Facebook & Instagram Ads
Programmatic Display & Retargeting
Geofencing
Sponsored Gmail Ads
Monitor pacing, performance, and budget allocation across all accounts
Implement A/B testing, audience segmentation, creative rotation, and conversion tracking
Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and platform issues in real time
Lead onboarding calls with new advertisers, gathering goals, targeting criteria, creative assets, and tracking requirements
Translate business objectives into executable media plans
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for campaign questions, optimizations, and performance discussions
Manage a high-volume client roster with consistent communication and fast turnaround times
Produce clear, timely performance reports across channels (monthly and as needed)
Analyze results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
Ensure accuracy of metrics, conversions, and attribution
Monitor social and digital channels for audience trends, brand sentiment, and competitive activity
Surface insights that can inform targeting, messaging, and creative strategy
Work closely with creative, account management, and operations teams to ensure assets, tracking, and launches stay on schedule
Operate as a doer within a team environment — executing, not delegating
Qualification
Required
3+ years hands-on paid media management experience
Proven experience managing 40+ active client accounts simultaneously
Direct responsibility for $30K+ monthly ad spend across multiple platforms
Deep working knowledge of: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Retargeting, Gmail Sponsored Promotions)
Deep working knowledge of: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Deep working knowledge of: Programmatic, Geofencing, and Audience Targeting
Strong reporting, analytical, and optimization skills
Experience conducting onboarding calls and ongoing performance reviews with clients
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-account-volume environment
Not a 'direct and delegate' role — must be fully hands-on in platforms daily
