This is a key role in our General Aviation team in which you will take ownership for achieving goals and outcomes. You will be tasked with handling complex underwriting

You will thrive by successfully balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and making sound decisions using data, analysis, experience, judgement and a risk mindset. It is essential to build effective relationships with brokers and to deliver a high standard of customer service

You will also play a key role in new business development, including attending broker events and building new relationships across the market
