Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR resource for multiple branches across Texas, building effective partnerships with operational leaders
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and performance management
Ensure accurate and timely payroll coordination for assigned branches in collaboration with HR and Payroll teams
Oversee onboarding processes, new hire documentation, I-9/E-Verify compliance, HRIS updates, terminations, and leaves of absence
Support workforce planning, recruitment efforts, and selection processes for key roles in partnership with Talent Acquisition
Assist in the implementation of training, HR systems, and company-wide initiatives to support operational excellence
Maintain compliance with Texas employment laws and company policies across all supported locations
Prepare HR reports, insights, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making
Travel throughout Texas (up to 15%) to support branch needs, training, investigations, and leadership meetings
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, with strong exposure to employee relations and HR operations
Experience supporting multiple locations or market territories
Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships with leaders at all levels
Ability to support both day-to-day HR needs and long-term strategic initiatives
Working knowledge of payroll processes and HRIS systems
Solid understanding of Texas employment regulations; multi-state experience is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
