This role involves performing specific quality engineering assignments in a hands-on factory environment, focusing on supporting analysis, process improvements, and product development activities.

Responsibilities
Carry out activities under guidance to support analysis, methods, process steps, plant, machinery, and equipment for designing and improving manufacturing or materials processes
Contribute to development and implement feasibility testing of proposed engineering solutions
Support drafting of engineering standards/specifications and evaluation of their effectiveness
Carry out inspections under supervision; make recommendations for remedial works
Coordinate activities of subcontractors and suppliers; act as point of contact
Identify and address shortcomings in processes and procedures using change management programs
Support and advise others in knowledge management systems
Participate in product development and engineering activities; analyze customer needs and deliver products
Work within project management plans to achieve specific goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level in Technology, Engineering, Communications, Business, Computer Science, and/or Data Analytics
Open to recent graduates with manufacturing internships
Problem solving/decision making skills
Strong communication skills
Willingness to learn
Ability to spend significant time on feet in shop/factory environment
