They are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to support the CEO with calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and day-to-day execution.

Responsibilities
Manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar across multiple time zones
Prioritize and schedule meetings with strong business judgment and context awareness
Coordinate and manage domestic and international travel, including itineraries and logistics
Support executive operations, including expenses, invoices, and administrative workflows
Ensure meeting readiness, follow-ups, and tracking of key action items
Plan and support executive meetings, off-sites, and company events
Provide proactive administrative and execution support to the CEO and leadership team
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven experience managing complex executive calendars in fast-paced environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and trust when handling confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, calendar systems, and expense management tools
Strong attention to detail, with accuracy prioritized over speed
Calm, composed, and solutions-oriented under pressure
Excellent judgment in deciding what to escalate, filter, or handle independently
Ability to quickly understand context, read the room, and adapt to shifting executive priorities
Comfortable operating behind the scenes to enable leaders and teams to perform at their best
