Responsibilities
Review invoices for proper coding and prioritize based on payment terms
Maintain vendor files and respond to all vendor inquiries
Process and reconcile monthly transactions, and work to resolve payment issues
Investigate and resolve revenue issues and discrepancies
Assist with data integration and streamline revenue workflows
Identify opportunities to enhance revenue integration and payment posting processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting
Strong software skills with at least intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel
Preferred
Degree is preferred, not required
Experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred
