Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of the SUE Team
Maintain communication with existing and prospective clients to establish project specifications, time frames, and provide updates
Responsible for writing proposals and handling deliverables
Ensure SUE Team adheres to agreement requirements and deadlines
Participate in and/or lead safety discussions and briefings
Report on the status of open projects to Senior Management
Train new hires, and mentor/motivate members of the SUE Team
Be informed and adaptable to emerging technologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of utility locating experience
Supervisory, training and project management experience a plus
Proficiency with MS Word, Outlook, and Excel is highly desired
Possess good interpersonal, and effective written and oral communication skills
Attendance, punctuality and reliability are essential requirements
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must be able to pass background check and drug tests
Evening/overnight work is occasionally required
