Responsibilities

Own executive relationships across a portfolio of tier-one and strategic clients, driving retention, growth, and long-term partnerships

Serve as executive sponsor on key accounts, supporting complex negotiations, renewals, and escalations

Lead development and execution of annual and long-range account plans aligned to client goals and company strategy

Set standards for business reviews, strategic planning, and client education to ensure quality and consistency

Build and evolve scalable Client Services frameworks, processes, and operating models

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Planning to improve proposals, pricing, forecasting, and delivery

Ensure clear, actionable reporting on revenue, retention, performance, and service quality

Anticipate and resolve high-impact client and delivery risks; act as senior escalation point

Lead, mentor, and develop your team, building strong culture, succession, and leadership bench
