The Judge Group is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Middle Office Analyst to join their financial services team. Responsibilities

Support daily middle office operations, including trade processing, reconciliation, and settlement activities
The person must be detail-oriented and respond in a timely manner to ad hoc requests
Candidate must be strong in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Access, or VBA
SQL experience is preferred. Experience with trading applications such as Bloomberg, Calypso, and Broadridge is strongly preferred
Collaborate with front office teams on investment transactions and provide accurate data for reporting purposes
Maintain and update financial software systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
Contribute to internal controls and process improvements aligned with governmental and regulatory requirements
Prepare documentation for audit reviews related to investment management and financial reporting

Strong analytical abilities
Keen interest in financial concepts
Desire to grow within the industry
Strong in Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Access, or VBA
A 4-year degree from an accredited university is required
Collaborate with front office teams on investment transactions and provide accurate data for reporting purposes
Maintain and update financial software systems to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency
Contribute to internal controls and process improvements aligned with governmental and regulatory requirements
Prepare documentation for audit reviews related to investment management and financial reporting
Master's (Required)

Preferred

SQL experience is preferred
Experience with trading applications such as Bloomberg, Calypso, and Broadridge is strongly preferred
Graduate work and/or other professional designations (MBA, CFA, etc) is preferred
Grad School candidates with a degree in Financial Engineering, Mathematical Finance, Quantitative Finance, or Financial Mathematics preferred
Looking for relevant coursework taken in relation to Derivatives
