Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing the Program of All-Inclusive Care of the Elderly (PACE) program

Key functions include facilitating the collection and analysis of historical and current cost and utilization data from PACE organizations for the purpose of developing prospective capitated rates paid to PACE organizations

Develop project plans, program timelines, implementation schedules, capitated rate templates, expenditure reports, and facilitate stakeholder meetings

Monitor the program work plan and timeline for timely implementation of the PACE program in coordination with program contractors

Provide close range leadership to program staff to ensure day to day operations of the PACE program are of upmost quality and timeliness

Preferred

Finance, economics, accounting, or budgets background preferred

Experience in Medicaid or Medi-Cal preferred

Prior management experience preferred

Experience with project management concepts to track multiple projects or assignments

Program implementation experience

Experience working with large amounts of data

Advanced Microsoft Excel formula skills

Excellent written communication with various stakeholders

Experience researching policy, statute, or legislation

Excellent attention to detail

Initiative driven and accountable individual

Ability to provide strong close-range leadership to program staff
