Responsibilities

Provide daily manufacturing engineering support on the production floor within a GMP / cGMP environment

Track, analyze, improve, and document manufacturing and operational processes

Support process optimization initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, and throughput

Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Validation, Maintenance, and Automation

Assist with manufacturing systems and workflows (MES exposure a plus)

Support deviations, change controls, and continuous improvement efforts

Execute task-oriented engineering work to keep production moving compliantly

Learn and support facility-wide systems and processes as needed
