Responsibilities

Supporting the Credit & Payment Services Organization within Power Delivery Services (SCE)
Operations-heavy
Detail-oriented
Cross-department coordination
Financial documentation support
Onsite responsibilities (Tuesdays mandatory)
Email inbox management (shared inboxes preferred)
Scheduling meetings
Ordering supplies & onboarding setup (office/computer equipment)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar coordination)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic tracking, reconciliation, spreadsheets)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
Comfortable working with internal databases / information systems
Comfortable working with semi-automated administrative workflows
Any background in credit administration
Payment processing or reconciliation
Financial documents such as Assurity bonds, Certificates of Deposit (CDs), Letters of Credit
Experience handling duplicate payment issues or billing support is a plus
Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
Comfortable working under general supervision
Able to coordinate schedules across multiple departments
Typing speed ~50 WPM
Reliable for onsite presence (mailroom & Revenue Protection collaboration)

Required

1–2 years of administrative / clerical / office support experience
Experience supporting multiple departments or desks simultaneously

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook (email, calendar coordination)
