Responsibilities

Processes through data entry the daily, monthly, and annual Fuel Inventory Accounting transactions according to established A4A Spec 123 Procedures for Accounting of Jet Fuel Inventory

Maintain required Fuel inventories for all Airlines to assure fuel facility capacity is utilized per policies and procedures, including nominations to assure future inventory

Interface with airlines management personnel to implement and/or clarify fuel inventory requirements

Verify refueling Tank Truck inventories and work with Into Plane operator to reconcile variations

Responsible for the remote facility pipeline schedule, adjustments, shipment variations, and entering batch receipts in VAREC/Fuels Manager

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Fuel Inventory Reports and distribute to Fuel Facility Managers, consortium members, and fuel inventory holders

Investigates all out of tolerance variances relating to shipments, transfers, issues, and inventories

Will assist Fuels Accounting Manager with other administrative accounting related tasks
