Responsibilities

Own and optimize pricing strategies across multiple channels (product pricing, deal/quote pricing, and B2B/ecommerce/B2C initiatives)
Partner with sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to deliver pricing recommendations that improve margins and drive market competitiveness
Build dynamic pricing models (financial modeling / scenario analysis), simulations, and tools to evaluate the impact of pricing decisions
Monitor competitive pricing intelligence and market trends
Support the development of pricing governance and discounting frameworks
Provide insights to executive leadership using clear, concise visualizations and presentations
Identify and implement automation and process improvements using pricing tools and analytics platforms
Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
3-7 years of pricing experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer services industries
Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Oracle ERP
Strong foundation in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research
Solid understanding of financial concepts (profit, margin, breakeven analysis, price elasticity, etc.) and ability to effectively communicate complex data/financial concepts to higher level stakeholders
Some experience with finance or accounting department process improvement and/or modeling forecasted revenue
Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across departments
High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset
Must currently reside in Greater Minneapolis, MN metro as this is a hybrid role meaning, there's a mix of in office and work from home each week
This position is not eligible for sponsorship so US Citizenship or Green Card is required

Preferred

MBA, MAcc or advanced degree
CPP, CPA, CFA, CMA
Exposure to B2B
Experience with pricing tools such as Salesforce CPQ, PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, Pricefx or similar systems
Experience with win/loss analysis, price elasticity modeling or A/B testing
Exposure to B2C, ecommerce pricing strategies or omnichannel environments
Lean Six Sigma, CPP (Certified Pricing Professional), or other pricing-related certifications
