Responsibilities

Review dealer merchandising claims to ensure compliance with program requirements, business rules and applicable policies

Develop and deliver training for dealers and business partners as necessary

Lead dealer and internal audits to ensure processes are working as intended and in control

Collaborate with claims analysts in other regions to drive consistency across claiming processes

Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root cause and drive process improvement initiatives

Lead and serve on projects that drive our GMP strategy including auto claiming, program simplification and system improvement opportunities

Required

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Assists in linking organizational objectives to customer needs and expectations. Differentiates roles and responsibilities in business relationships. Comfortable developing and delivering presentations to internal teams, leaders and dealers

Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment
