Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the Solar Industry and expertise in Solar Power systems
Experience in Lead Generation and ability to build a strong customer pipeline
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
Proven sales aptitude and ability to achieve or exceed targets
Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting
Preferred
Familiarity with energy regulations and incentives is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
