Assistant Director, Enrollment Marketing (GPS)
Jacksonville University is seeking an Assistant Director of Enrollment Marketing (GPS) to support the Associate Director in planning and executing marketing campaigns for specific student audiences. This role involves creating and scheduling communications across various platforms, assisting with digital advertising, and analyzing campaign performance.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Associate Director of Enrollment Marketing to support the development of strategic marketing plans for targeted audiences, including parents and families, high school sophomores and juniors, incoming freshmen and transfer students, and graduate and professional students
Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, web content, and print materials
Support digital advertising efforts, including campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Google, by monitoring performance and providing recommendations for optimization
Assist with SEO and SEM initiatives through research, data analysis, and providing recommendations to improve visibility and engagement
Update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with messaging goals
Track, analyze, and report on communication performance metrics to support strategy refinement and campaign effectiveness
Collaborate with campus partners to ensure communications are accurate, brand-consistent, and aligned with enrollment goals
Provide photo and video support for marketing projects and events as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, graphic design, or a related field required
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and campus partners
Experience creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, web, and print
Experience with CRM systems and content management platforms
Ability to track, analyze, and report performance metrics to support strategy refinement
Understanding of digital marketing principles, including advertising, SEO, and analytics
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt to changing priorities
Graphic design and video editing experience required
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and commitment to the mission of Jacksonville University
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Must be able to lift and carry equipment and supplies weighing up to 20 pounds
Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach
Manual dexterity to efficiently operate a computer keyboard and other business machines
Adequate hearing to communicate effectively in person and by phone
