Assist in maintaining accurate client records, policy documentation, and other critical data
Analyze data, create reports, and contribute to market analysis and research projects that support decision-making
Collaborate with team members to manage policies, endorsements, renewals, and claims processing
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc
