Responsibilities

Design and build a service that allows customers to create cloud storage solutions that are secure, reliable, completely elastic, and can grow to petabyte-scale
Deliver a reliable and high-performance service at AWS scale
Interact with customers to understand business goals and innovate rapidly
Help amplify the positive & inclusive team culture
Participate in periodic on-call responsibilities

Qualification

Software developmentSystem designProgramming languagesSoftware development life cycleComputer science degree

Required

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred

3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
