Responsibilities
Lead printer administration and management across the organization
Manage Fairfax systems and Secure Doc functionality
Execute installations, updates, and system upgrades for enterprise infrastructure
Implement and maintain advanced system security methods and techniques
Create and maintain detailed documentation critical for system rewrites and ongoing operations
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Provide on-call support for nightly and weekend patching, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Independently learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and business functionality
Qualification
Required
8 Years of Demonstrated experience with Printer administration and management
8 Years of Demonstrated experience Fairfax management
8 Years of Demonstrated experience Secure Doc (WinMagic) administration
8 Years of Knowledge of basic system management (troubleshooting) processes/systems
8 Years of Knowledge of information management, file structure, and data representation
8 Years of Knowledge of advanced system security methods and techniques (for example Crowdstrike, Defender, Manage Engine Endpoint Central)
8 Years of Complete assigned task; communicate accurate and useful status updates; follow quality standards; Ability to work in a team environment
8 Years of Strong communication skills; both written and spoken
8 Years of Perform on-call duties for nightly and weekend patching/upgrades/troubleshooting as needed
8 Years of Attention to detail for documentation purposes
8 Years of Clear, strong and precise Verbal and written communication skills are needed in order to work and coordinate with multiple teams
8 Years of Work independently with little supervision or guidance
8 Years of Willingness to independently dive in and learn new systems, processes, and business functionality
