Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, coordination, and maintenance of BIM models (primarily Revit)
Support coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP models
Run basic model checks and assist with clash detection
Maintain BIM standards, templates, and model organization
Support project teams with BIM-related questions and workflows
Prepare models for documentation, consultant exchange, and deliverables
Assist with model uploads, file management, and version control
Participate in coordination meetings and take coordination notes as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in Drafting & Design or
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment (internship experience welcome)
Working knowledge of Autodesk Revit
Basic understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Exposure to Navisworks, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms
Familiarity with BIM concepts such as worksets, linked models, and coordination workflows
Understanding of construction sequencing and building systems
Interest in growing into a BIM leadership or digital design role
