Lead lender-side real estate finance transactions
Structure and document complex debt and equity financing arrangements
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements
Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
Handle securitized lending and commercial leasing matters
Mentor junior attorneys and collaborate with senior partners
Manage multiple deals simultaneously
Qualification
Required
Previous law firm experience required; Am Law 200, leading regional, or major boutique firm experience preferred
7+ years of experience in real estate finance transactions
Strong proficiency in lender-side work and ability to lead deals
Expertise in complex financing structures, documentation, and due diligence
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with remote flexibility
Preferred
Counsel-level experience or readiness for partnership track
HUD experience
Prior experience acting as deputy to a senior partner
