This senior, hands-on consulting role requires building and executing a sales strategy end-to-end, leveraging industry expertise to bring in qualified opportunities aligned with the company's service offerings.

Responsibilities
Design and execute your own business development strategy
Identify and pursue qualified prospects aligned with 9 Digital Media’s capabilities
Develop outbound, inbound, and relationship-driven lead generation approaches
Own pipeline management from first contact through close
Lead discovery calls and qualification conversations
Position 9 Digital Media’s services as strategic, performance-driven solutions
Scope opportunities and collaborate internally to define engagement structure
Own pricing discussions and drive SOWs to signature
Close deals independently and efficiently
Act as the primary point of contact through deal close
Ensure clean handoff to delivery teams post-signature
Maintain executive-level relationships with clients and prospects
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of business development experience at a digital marketing agency
Proven ability to sell performance marketing and digital services
Demonstrated experience closing consulting or retainer-based engagements
Comfortable owning the full sales cycle (lead → close)
Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred
Existing network of marketing, eCommerce, or executive decision-makers preferred
