Responsibilities

Analyze complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and design impactful solutions to align with organization goals
Collaborate with Field Leadership to translate business needs into actionable projects and initiatives providing high level insights and strategic recommendations
Communicate complex financial data and insights in a clear and actionable manner to non-financial stakeholders
Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of business needs, changes, and progress
Develop strong relationships with executive teams, department heads, and other business units to facilitate collaboration and drive business initiatives forward
Lead meetings and presentations to gather feedback, align expectations, manage stakeholder concerns and layout findings, including actionable insights, to leadership teams
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support decision-making processes
Analyze and interpret financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports
Monitor and track key financial metrics, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Develop regular automated and ad-hoc financial/other reports for senior management, stakeholders, and other key business units
Assist in the preparation and management of annual budgets
Develop accurate financial forecasts to predict future financial outcomes based on current data and trends
Analyze business processes and financial operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
Provide data-driven insights to help streamline financial and operational procedures

Required

3-5 years of financial and/or business analytics experience, professional designation is a plus
Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial concepts with an ability to clearly communicate with a diverse audience
Skills in taking broad and sometimes complex issues, simplifying findings, and effectively communicating with audiences with limited accounting/financials experience
Experience taking data from multiple sources and projecting future outcomes
Exceptional MS Excel skills are required
Experience with Power BI is required
Experience with Planful, other database tools, VBA, and/or SQL a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA is a plus)
You're highly motivated, organized, detail oriented, and a team player
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
You can travel 10%-15% of the time
You are skilled in building and fostering strong relationships across a diverse team with varying interests, perspectives and directives
You have certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
