Responsibilities
Analyze complex data to determine configuration readiness
Assist in defining and communicating design and content best practices to internal project stakeholders
Consult on the impact of design decisions and content recommendations as it relates to configuration
Complete complex system configurations independently
Maintain accurate, timely documentation of work using preferred tools
Serve as an escalation point and deliver resolution for complex reported configuration issues
Adopt new process improvements. Proactively identify and establish new process improvements
Drive tools development and troubleshooting
Coach and mentor other Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles including knowledge and experience with the Oracle Health PathNet product(s)
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients
Due to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Preferred
High level experience with PathNet General Lab and PathNet Specimen Management experience
Experience with PathNet Anatomic Pathology, PathNet Microbiology, PathNet Blood Bank Transfusion or Millennium Infection Control strongly preferred
