Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, including stakeholder engagement, design, development, deployment, optimization, and retirement of legacy solutions
Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable, high-impact data solutions
Design, deliver, and optimize dashboards, reports, and analytics for senior leadership and functional teams
Leverage SAP S/4HANA AI and machine learning capabilities to enhance reporting, forecasting, and operational decision-making
Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Trade, and Procurement leaders to address complex business challenges (e.g., sourcing shifts due to tariffs)
Promote data literacy and self-service analytics across the organization
Influence enterprise data strategy, governance, and architecture to ensure analytics capabilities align with business objectives
Collaborate with a centralized Data & Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) supporting advanced modeling and visualization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of experience in Data & Analytics roles, delivering business-facing data solutions
Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP data platforms such as BW, HANA, Datasphere, Databricks, ECC, and/or S/4HANA
Strong understanding of SAP data architecture within a Manufacturing or Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) environment
Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-wide data products and dashboards supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Sales
Hands-on experience with visualization and reporting tools such as: SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Business Objects, Analysis for Office
Excellent communication skills with an executive presence
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset
Preferred
Background in Manufacturing or CPG environments
Experience supporting large-scale ERP migrations (ECC to S/4HANA)
Demonstrated success operationalizing AI and ML capabilities within SAP to deliver business value
