Motivate & inspire – keep the team energized, coach on effective selling techniques, and create a results-driven culture
Be the expert – stay on top of the latest collections, bestsellers, and styling trends to maximize every sales opportunity
Maintain a flawless store – keep the sales floor and fitting rooms organized, visually appealing, and ready for the next shopper
