Responsibilities
Providing support and early system solution consultation to end customers such as:
Designing in: adding value to already established products
Demand creation: working with our client’s engineers to gather requirements and add value to existing components
Proprietary part creation
Providing design guidance and troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution throughout the customer’s design and development phases
Increasing return on investment for demand creation activities with sales team through training and strategic direction sessions
Strengthening and leveraging Future Electronics customer and manufacturer relationships through programs such as market wide and customer specific seminars and training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering required, MSEE preferred
At least 3 years of progressive embedded system design experience in at least two of the following technologies: 1. 8/16 bit microcontroller hardware/firmware design 2. 32 bit/ARM MCU/MPU hardware/firmware design 3. Analog Signal Chain design 4. Power conversion design (AC/DC and DC/DC)
The ability to organize and prioritize tasks in order to maximize productivity and performance and meet deadlines
Preferred
Proven communication skills: You are comfortable presenting complex ideas to audiences with a variety of technical skills, both written and verbally
Excellent leadership skills: You are able to able to motivate others as your drive diverse programs with sales, customers, and suppliers
Team player attitude - you like to collaborate and achieve results as a team
