In this role, you will develop and execute your own content strategy, create engaging posts, and monitor account performance to optimize strategy.

Responsibilities
Manage 10 total accounts (5 Instagram + 5 TikTok) on a phone provided to you
Ensure usernames are mirrored across platforms and that content is posted consistently on both
Develop and execute your own content strategy tailored to the assigned niche(s)
Create engaging, relevant, and on-brand posts that align with performance goals
Source content independently, including: Reusing or repurposing videos from other platforms, and/or creating original edits
Monitor account performance and optimize strategy throughout the internship period
Qualification
Required
Must be able to commute to Santa Monica
Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, algorithms, and growth strategies
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Organized, reliable, and consistent with posting schedules
Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content to different niches
