CRM Support Specialist

Benecon is seeking a CRM Support Specialist responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of internal users’ Salesforce/CRM experience. The role involves collaborating with the CRM Data Analyst and assisting the Senior Director of Data Analytics with special projects, providing technical support, and training staff on CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for Salesforce and/or other company CRM systems administration, development, and maintenance
Provide technical support for the company’s CRM
Responsible for keeping systems current by data scrubbing and data entry
Manage special projects as assigned
Design and present training sessions to internal Benecon/ConnectCare3 staff as well as external system users
Propose and implement new operational procedures, policies, and best practices aimed at improving effectiveness
Analyze operational departments’ duties and workflows

Required

A Bachelor's degree is required preferably in business
Salesforce Administrator certification required within 1 year of hire
1-3 years' experience working on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written format required
Strong proficiency with MS Office and other software programs, web-based programs, etc. required
Ability to learn and apply new technology and software required
Requires the ability to maintain strict adherence to confidentiality standards
Requires the ability to work on multiple projects and successfully shift priorities as needed
Requires excellent attention to detail
A professional demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment required
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks required
Must possess strong organizational skills and be detail oriented
Requires advanced problem solving and reasoning skills
