Responsibilities

Perform data validation to ensure quality and notify appropriate business partners when quality issues arise

Ensure customer data is uniform, complete, accurate, and compliant

Possess advanced knowledge of Credentialing processes/procedures for all customer account settings, identify problems, and generate solutions

Lead or attend cross-functional calls with customers, sales, and/or internal teams to resolve customer issues

Analyze data, identify trends, and locate root causes to identify better ways to conduct business

Design, pull, and/or interpret a variety of operational performance reports

Conduct complex data mining activities and analysis via multiple business systems (I.E. SAP, CRM, DSP), dependent on business requirements

Take ownership of tasks/projects and drive them to completion/implementation without additional prompting

Provide timely updates on tasks/projects

Exhibit superior verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrate high level of knowledge and confidence in decision making

Identify and/or generate solutions despite ambiguity

Take initiative to identify data clean up needs and proactively initiate resolution
