Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Operations
Measured is the pioneer and leader of incrementality-based media measurement and optimization. The Senior Manager, GTM Operations will operationalize the work between sales and marketing, ensuring efficient processes and visibility into performance across the funnel.

Responsibilities
Manage operations of the GTM funnel — from marketing-qualified lead (MQL) to closed-won revenue
Partner with marketing to optimize lead capture, scoring, routing, and attribution through HubSpot and all systems used in marketing to sales handoff
Monitor and optimize for conversion rates at each funnel stage; identify drop-off points and recommend corrective actions
Ensure seamless handoffs across GTM (Marketing, Sales, and CS) through documented processes and SLAs
Manage CRM hygiene and enforce operational best practices to ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting data
Support account planning, target segmentation, and lead routing logic to drive efficiency
Create enablement resources, dashboards, and playbooks to increase sales velocity and accountability
Own system integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools
Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into marketing & sales and Customer Success performance, pipeline health, and revenue progress
Audit data across sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for leadership reporting
Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and ensure all teams have visibility into progress
Communicate insights and process updates clearly and proactively to GTM leadership
Support sales and marketing leadership with ad hoc reporting and special projects
Qualification
Required
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Experience in managing operations of the GTM funnel from MQL to closed-won revenue
Proficiency in HubSpot and other systems used in marketing to sales handoff
Ability to monitor and optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage
Experience in ensuring seamless handoffs across GTM (Marketing, Sales, and CS)
Knowledge of CRM hygiene and operational best practices
Experience in account planning, target segmentation, and lead routing logic
Ability to create enablement resources, dashboards, and playbooks
Experience in managing system integrations across HubSpot, Gong, Google Workspace, and data visualization tools
