They are seeking a passionate Technical Designer to assist in the production of construction documents, coordinate with consultants, and support senior designers with graphics and modeling.

Responsibilities

Assist the Job Captain in the production of construction documents from cartoon set

Prepare all general project data sheets

Dimension all plans

Note & reference all materials & products

Draw undeveloped building & wall sections

Assemble project details

Apply applicable code requirements

Assist with back check

Assist with plan check corrections and consultant coordination

Transfer hand sketched unit floor plans and elevations into Revit

Assist the PM or JC with services during construction (issue ASI's, RFI's, and review shop drawings)

Support Senior Designers with graphics, 3D modeling, presentations, and design studies

Qualification

RevitMulti-family designBuilding construction knowledgeMulti-taskOrganizational skills

Required

Multi-family experience preferred

Minimum of 3 - 5 years Revit experience

Working knowledge of building construction Types I, III and V

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to prioritize & multi-task

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture preferred
