Responsibilities

Analyze, log, track, and resolve basic software/hardware anomalies pertaining to networked workstations and printers

Perform imaging and configuration tasks for .MIL Standard Desktop Configured (SDC) NIPR/SIPR workstations

Perform hardware/software installations and upgrades to ensure workstation performance

Review weekly PC vulnerability lists and apply appropriate resolution

Diagnose and resolve common PC issues

Required

High School Diploma; Associate's degree or two-year technical school or military training in Information Technology preferred

Ability to analyze, implement, and document PC hardware and software problems

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Office applications

Local travel between Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, Kennedy Space Center and the Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex in Jupiter, FL

Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship. Current clearance preferred
