Responsibilities

Build new websites from custom Figma/XD/PDF designs using Next.js, React, HTML, and SCSS
Maintain a large portfolio (100+ sites): content updates, UI fixes, new sections, and landing pages
Implement responsive layouts with pixel-level consistency across breakpoints and browsers
Implement scroll/interaction animations using GSAP, Framer Motion, or well-structured CSS
Create and maintain reusable components and CMS-driven content (e.g., Sanity, Cockpit)
Ensure visual consistency and avoid regressions across shared components/templates
Troubleshoot frontend issues (responsive bugs, layout inconsistencies, browser quirks)
Integrate data from APIs (e.g., real estate listings like Yardi, Entrata, RealPage) by reviewing documentation and adapting existing integrations
Handle technical tasks when needed: DNS updates, hosting setup/troubleshooting, and email/domain configuration (e.g., Microsoft 365)
Support legacy sites in PHP/WordPress for light updates/debugging (not full-time legacy development)
Communicate clearly with project managers and designers to clarify scope, align on expectations, and deliver on time

Required

5+ years of web development experience
Strong skills in Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS
Familiarity with GSAP and/or Framer Motion for animations
Understanding of API integration and JSON data handling
Comfort navigating PHP and WordPress environments for light updates or debugging
Working knowledge of hosting, DNS, and domain setup
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly
Collaborative mindset and accountability. You can work independently but know when to ask questions and seek clarification
