Responsibilities
Execute standard purchasing procedures for an assigned commodity to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials
Manage purchase orders, adhere to competitive pricing, and conduct inventory analysis
Complete tasks as needed to satisfy management directives
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to facilitate cost reduction initiatives
Enhance the overall affordability and quality of aircraft through strategic purchasing efforts
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Supply Chain Management, Integrated Operations, Finance, Business or similar required
Minimum 60 credit hours completed by the start of the Co-Op
Excellent interpersonal skills that can be used when communicating with coworkers
Recognize the importance of quality products and outstanding customer service, both direct and indirect
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
Willingness to follow instructions and ask for clarification when needed
Preferred
3.0 GPA preferred
