Responsibilities

Provide strategic Quality Assurance support for medical device Reagent manufacturing
Serve as an independent quality leader, guiding teams through design changes and process improvements, ensuring robust compliance (FDA QSR, ISO) and proactive non-conformance prevention
Lead and/or support cross-functional teams in advanced non-conforming product management, driving systemic corrective actions
Partner with R&D, Technical Operations, and Manufacturing to optimize product quality, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction
Apply Danaher Business System tools to make continuous improvements across the business

Qualification

Quality AssuranceFDA regulationsISO standardsDesign change processesRisk Management

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, OR Master's degree in a relevant field with 3+ years of experience, OR Doctoral degree in a relevant field
Experience with design change processes in a regulated environment
Knowledge of FDA regulations and ISO standards

Preferred

Experience in IVD Medical device or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Experience working in Quality Assurance
Experience with Risk Management
